Mathew has worked in the Business Services and Finance field for over 13 years in small and large firms working on clients of all structures and sizes, became a partner in a firm in 2022, before leaving to found Glavis Advisory, he has completed a bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), is a member of IPA, is a registered tax agent and a registered ASIC agent. Mathew is highly recommended in business advice and compliance and is often sought after for complex tax and business solutions because of his proactive nature and ability to turn any complex problem into an easy-to-understand solution. Mathew is also a fully qualified finance and mortgage broker, a credit representative, member of MFAA, and leads our finance team at Glavis Advisory.

Kelly has worked in the Business Services field for over 12 years in small and large firms, became a partner in a firm in 2022, before leaving to found Glavis Advisory. She has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a provisional CA member. Kelly is passionate about helping people grow their businesses and enjoy being an important person within their business. Being around small businesses most of her life, with her parents having their own small business for many years in Kiama and being an owner herself, she is able to pass on her experience to clients and help them make the hard decisions in business.
